KundliSetu ("we", "our", "the app") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Information We Collect

• Account information: your email address, collected via Firebase Authentication when you sign up or log in (via email/password or Google Sign-In).
• Birth details: name, date of birth, time of birth, and birth place (or coordinates), which you provide to generate Kundli charts and astrological readings. This is stored so you can view your report history.
• Payment information: when you purchase coins, payment is processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves — Razorpay handles this in compliance with RBI and PCI-DSS standards.
• Usage data: which features you use and your coin balance, to operate the app's core functionality.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to: generate accurate astrological charts and interpretations, process your payments, maintain your report history, and improve the app.

Third-Party Services

We share limited data with the following services, solely to operate the app:

• Firebase (Google): authentication and data storage
• Anthropic (Claude AI): birth chart data is sent to generate readable astrological interpretations
• Razorpay: payment processing for coin purchases

These providers do not use your data for their own advertising purposes under our agreements with them.

Data Retention

Your account and report history are retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time — see our Account Deletion page.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

Children's Privacy

KundliSetu is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
